This study aims to facilitate the process of managing medical record data such as storing and accessing data and to reduce the risk of data damage due to disaster. This is less efficient because the data can be lost or damaged. It happens in the Public Health Centre in Pulau Temiang, where medical records are written on paper and they booked it for archives. Spreadsheet application also has a weakness when the officers of the public health center should understand the formulation to use it but actually they are not programmers. It makes them record manually in paper form. The problem is that most of the management of medical records in Indonesia are still using spreadsheet applications. In public health centers or Puskesmas, information technology can be used to develop an information service system.
